Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items such as intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories may be subject to different return conditions due to hygiene reasons. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account statement. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where refunds are delayed due to incorrect payment information provided by the customer, additional processing time may be required to correct the information and reprocess the refund.
